{"id":15334,"date":"2015-11-26T09:00:29","date_gmt":"2015-11-26T12:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/?p=15334"},"modified":"2015-11-26T09:00:29","modified_gmt":"2015-11-26T12:00:29","slug":"neuquen-obtiene-subsidio-para-el-diseno-instalacion-y-operacion-de-sistemas-solares-asociados-a-su-red-electrica-existente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/neuquen-obtiene-subsidio-para-el-diseno-instalacion-y-operacion-de-sistemas-solares-asociados-a-su-red-electrica-existente\/","title":{"rendered":"Neuqu\u00e9n obtiene subsidio para el dise\u00f1o, instalaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de sistemas solares asociados a su red el\u00e9ctrica existente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Agencia Nacional de Promoci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica y Tecnol\u00f3gica, dependiente del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n Productiva, adjudic\u00f3 un subsidio de 13.216.125 pesos para el desarrollo de redes de energ\u00eda modernas, limpias y flexibles, en la localidad de Centenario, Neuqu\u00e9n, con el objetivo de impulsar una mayor participaci\u00f3n de las energ\u00edas renovables en la red el\u00e9ctrica existente, contribuyendo as\u00ed a diversificar la matriz energ\u00e9tica.<span id=\"more-25936\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El proyecto recibi\u00f3 financiamiento para trabajar en el dise\u00f1o, instalaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de sistemas solares fotovoltaicos, con una potencia m\u00e1xima del orden del 40 por ciento de la potencia de los transformadores asociados a la red existente; promover la evaluaci\u00f3n de los efectos de la generaci\u00f3n distribuida sobre la calidad del servicio; contribuir con el desarrollo de la primera experiencia de incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas de generaci\u00f3n distribuida, control y optimizaci\u00f3n de la demanda; y gestionar el monitoreo autom\u00e1tico de las subestaciones transformadoras de baja tensi\u00f3n. A su vez, se propone crear una plataforma que permita evaluar el impacto econ\u00f3mico, social y medioambiental que generar\u00e1 la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa, que ser\u00e1 llevada adelante por un consorcio p\u00fablico privado integrado por la Universidad Nacional de San Mart\u00edn, el Ente Provincial de Energ\u00eda del Neuqu\u00e9n (EPEN) y la empresa dedicada a brindar soluciones energ\u00e9ticas sustentables, Aldar S.A., fue aprobada en el marco de la convocatoria \u201cFondo de Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica Regional (FITR) \u2013Energ\u00eda- 2013\u201d que administra el Fondo Argentino Sectorial (FONARSEC) de la Agencia.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se considera una experiencia piloto en el pa\u00eds a partir de la introducci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de micro redes inteligentes que se proponen combinar la tele supervisi\u00f3n y el tele control del sistema de distribuci\u00f3n de baja tensi\u00f3n con un conjunto de generadores fotovoltaicos distribuidos en la localidad, incorporando as\u00ed infraestructura de comunicaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n de datos de informaci\u00f3n y elementos de control y seguridad a las redes de distribuci\u00f3n existentes.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la de firma del contrato, la directora del FONARSEC, Prof. Isabel Mac Donald, manifest\u00f3 que \u201ces fundamental promover mecanismos de desarrollo de fuentes energ\u00e9ticas alternativas basadas en recursos renovables que se apoyen en la enorme potencialidad que tiene el pa\u00eds en materia de energ\u00eda, considerado un tema cr\u00edtico para lograr la
