{"id":16576,"date":"2016-02-03T09:00:44","date_gmt":"2016-02-03T12:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/?p=16576"},"modified":"2016-02-03T09:00:44","modified_gmt":"2016-02-03T12:00:44","slug":"los-grandes-consumidores-requeriran-900-mw-de-energias-renovables-por-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/los-grandes-consumidores-requeriran-900-mw-de-energias-renovables-por-ano\/","title":{"rendered":"Los grandes consumidores requerir\u00e1n 900 mw de energ\u00edas renovables por a\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"cuerpo clearfix\">\n<div>La demanda de energ\u00edas renovables por parte de unos 8.000 grandes usuarios ser\u00e1 de 900 megawatts (MW) adicionales por a\u00f1o, lo que requerir\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n inicial de 1.800 millones de d\u00f3lares, estim\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis del mercado realizado por una empresa comercializadora de energ\u00eda sobre la base de la nueva legislaci\u00f3n que incentiva la generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica a partir de fuentes limpias.<\/div>\n<div>La reciente Ley 27.711 \u2013aprobada en 2015 e impulsada por el entonces senador nacional por Chubut, Marcelo Guinle (FpV)-, para la cual el sector espera en breve su reglamentaci\u00f3n, dispone que el 8 por ciento de la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica consumida al 31 de diciembre de 2017 tiene que provenir de fuentes renovables, porcentaje que crece escalonadamente hasta alcanzar un 20 por ciento a fines de 2025.<\/div>\n<div>Juan Bosch, presidente de Saesa, una empresa dedicada a la comercializaci\u00f3n de distintos tipos de energ\u00edas para grandes empresas, destac\u00f3 que por la nueva ley \u00abse crea la demanda y se crean las condiciones y los incentivos para las inversiones, a lo que se suma el consenso de que es el mejor camino para la diversificaci\u00f3n y la independencia energ\u00e9tica\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div>Pero cumplir con la nueva norma \u00abse va a requerir la instalaci\u00f3n de una gran oferta de generaci\u00f3n\u00bb explic\u00f3 Bosch al destacar que hay identificados unos 8.000 grandes consumidores energ\u00e9ticos en condiciones de comprar energ\u00eda de fuentes verdes y estim\u00f3 que alcanzar\u00eda a conformar una demanda de 900 megawatts adicionales por a\u00f1o para el bienio 2016\/17.<\/div>\n<div>Para Bosch el desaf\u00edo \u00abes muy grande pero no imposible\u00bb al entender que a un costo de instalaci\u00f3n de 2 millones de d\u00f3lares por cada megawatt nuevo se requerir\u00e1n unos 1.800 millones de d\u00f3lares de inversi\u00f3n al a\u00f1o, y la cifra se puede elevar a\u00fan m\u00e1s si se estima que la demanda alcanzar\u00eda unos 3.000 MW para 2025.<\/div>\n<div>A modo de comparaci\u00f3n, el trader \u2013tal como en el sector se denomina a los intermediadores en la comercializaci\u00f3n- destac\u00f3 que Uruguay cuenta en la actualidad con unos 800 MW de energ\u00eda generados por fuentes renovables, y prev\u00e9 cerrar 2016 con un parque de 1.400 MW disponible, frente a los 180 con los que cuenta en la actualidad la Argentina.<\/div>\n<div>En cuanto al precio de estas nuevas energ\u00edas, Bosch explic\u00f3 que \u00absi bien el precio actual de la energ\u00eda de fuentes renovables hoy resultar\u00eda superior a la que se obtiene en el mercado el\u00e9ctrico nacional, el costo efectivo promedio del consumo de energ\u00eda de las grandes empresas representa el 5 por ciento de sus gastos totales de producci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div>Es decir, que \u00abel 8 por ciento que requiere cumplir la Ley 27.711 representa el 0,46 por ciento de costos de esas 8.000 empresas\u00bb identificadas que est\u00e1n en condiciones de armar sus contratos de compra, lo que para Bosch \u00abno representa un desaf\u00edo gigante para la industria\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div>Hoy el pa\u00eds importa un 15 por ciento de la energ\u00eda que consume y la Ley brinda las herramientas para reemplazar combustibles importados con energ\u00eda verde producida con inversiones que aprovechen en viento, el agua y el sol, entre otros recursos, lo que genera valor agregado, mano de obra y fuerte desarrollo industrial.<\/div>\n<div>Al respecto, Bosch afirm\u00f3: \u00abla energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica es en la Argentina la m\u00e1s competitiva, y en ese camino Saesa tiene identificados 30 proyectos de nuevos parques e\u00f3licos ya listos para el inicio de construcci\u00f3n que aportar\u00edan unos 2.000 MW\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div>Si bien el desarrollo, asegura el empresario, depende fundamentalmente del tema financiero, se trata de \u00abinversiones muy escalables, ya que los parques pueden comenzar con 50 MW e ir ampli\u00e1ndose indefinidamente\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s, por los incentivos y la tecnolog\u00eda desarrollada \u00abel mundo est\u00e1 deseoso de invertir en energ\u00edas renovables\u00bb, dijo Bosch.<\/div>\n<div>La tarea de Saesa, en este nuevo contexto energ\u00e9tico, es ofrecer como intermediador \u00abuna colocaci\u00f3n del flujo de energ\u00eda previsible a mediano y largo plazo\u00bb y, para la demanda, \u00abun abastecimiento personalizado a sus necesidades en los distintos momentos del a\u00f1o\u00bb que permite \u00abflexibilizar la oferta con un agregaci\u00f3n de demanda\u00bb.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div
