(CAMMESA), por el cual instalar\u00e1 45 megavatios de generaci\u00f3n a partir de bagazo de ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar destinados al mercado nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El contrato fue rubricado por el Ing. Julio Bragulat, Vicepresidente de CAMMESA y Jorge Rocchia Ferro, Presidente de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica \u201cLa Florida\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El monto total de la inversi\u00f3n supera los 80 millones de d\u00f3lares, de los cuales el grupo empresarial desembols\u00f3 fondos propios que permiten exhibir un avance de obra cercano al 40 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl objetivo es eficientizar la producci\u00f3n de vapor que se utiliza tanto para la fabricaci\u00f3n de alcohol como el az\u00facar y ofrecer un saldo que permita generar energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica. Esto profundizar\u00e1 la diversificaci\u00f3n de la industria azucarera, generando mayor sustentabilidad ambiental y social\u201d, indic\u00f3 el empresario tucumano quien adem\u00e1s explic\u00f3 que quiere \u201cquebrar la estacionalidad del cultivo y producci\u00f3n de ca\u00f1a, aumentar la superficie sembrada y fortalecer el empleo en la provincia y en la regi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, expres\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que \u201ceste proyecto representa una diversificaci\u00f3n importante en la generaci\u00f3n de recursos del grupo econ\u00f3mico, contribuyendo a la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda verde. Este importante paso, significa para la empresa transformar de manera integral al ingenio ubic\u00e1ndolo en los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares internacionales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con la firma de este contrato \u2013agreg\u00f3\u2014 \u201cla empresa dejar\u00e1 de ser un ingenio y se transforma desde hoy en una Usina, porque elaboraremos az\u00facar, alcohol para biocombustibles y cogeneraci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda\u201d, apunt\u00f3 Rocchia Ferro.<\/p>\n<p>Como antecedente, record\u00f3 que La Florida fue el \u00fanico ingenio azucarero que nunca dej\u00f3 de producir alcohol, hasta convertirse en el mayor proveedor de este biocombustible a nivel nacional, con una capacidad anual de 160.000 metros c\u00fabicos.<\/p>\n<p>Conviene recordar que en la reciente exposici\u00f3n Expoagro de San Nicol\u00e1s, el presidente Mauricio Macri arrib\u00f3 en una camioneta que funcionaba con etanol 100 por ciento. Fue provista precisamente por la compa\u00f1\u00eda Los Balcanes, a la que pertenece La Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Rocchia Ferro es un fuerte impulsor de la utilizaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos \u201cFlex\u201d, como en Brasil. Pueden funcionar con cualquier proporci\u00f3n de etanol. Ya hay taxis en Tucum\u00e1n que han sido homologados para utilizar este combustible, habilitados por la ley provincial 8815.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los tres ingenios del grupo Los Balcanes (La Florida, Cruz Alte y Aguilares), tiene una producci\u00f3n de 3.750.000 toneladas de ca\u00f1a. Cuenta con 51 cosechadoras automotrices.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es alcanzar una producci\u00f3n de ca\u00f1a de 21.000 toneladas por d\u00eda, para lo cual ser\u00e1 necesario expandir la superficie cultivada. Ya est\u00e1n plantando 20.000 hect\u00e1reas adicionales.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCreo firmemente que la salida para el norte argentino est\u00e1 en la ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar como fuente de biomasa\u201d, dice con entusiasmo.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto integral de Cogeneraci\u00f3n de Energ\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de Biomasa se enmarca en las pol\u00edticas de gobierno, que busca transformar la matriz energ\u00e9tica incluyendo cada vez m\u00e1s energ\u00edas renovables a trav\u00e9s de diversos programas.<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1aron la firma, el Ing. Jorge Ruisoto, Gerente de contratos y normativas de CAMMESA junto a su equipo de trabajo, la Directora Nacional del Plan Belgrano, Ana Etchegaray y el Licenciado Francisco Elizondo, asesor de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda Azucarera Los Balcanes.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto al envi\u00f3n regional, Rocchia Ferro sostuvo finalmente que la \u201cconcreci\u00f3n de este importante contrato se logr\u00f3 gracias al
