{"id":39613,"date":"2017-12-13T19:00:49","date_gmt":"2017-12-13T22:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/?p=39613"},"modified":"2017-12-12T13:15:31","modified_gmt":"2017-12-12T16:15:31","slug":"toyota-generara-energia-mediante-estiercol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/toyota-generara-energia-mediante-estiercol\/","title":{"rendered":"Toyota generar\u00e1 energ\u00eda mediante esti\u00e9rcol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Estados Unidos.-Toyota anunci\u00f3 que construir\u00e1 la primera planta de generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica de escala de megavatios (MW) para pilas de combustible, con una estaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno para respaldar sus operaciones en el estado de California, EE.UU.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Titulada como Tri-Gen, esta planta de la marca japonesa aprovechar\u00e1 los residuos biol\u00f3gicos procedentes de la actividad agr\u00edcola, o sea el esti\u00e9rcol, para generar, mediante una serie de procesos qu\u00edmicos, agua, electricidad e hidr\u00f3geno.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una vez que entre en funcionamiento en 2020,\u00a0<strong>la Tri-Gen generar\u00e1 cerca de 2,35 MW de electricidad y 1,2 toneladas de hidr\u00f3geno por d\u00eda. Esta cantidad es suficiente para suministrar energ\u00eda a 2.350 hogares medianos y para que circulen cerca de 1.500 autos<\/strong>. Igualmente, la planta de generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica ser\u00e1 100% renovable y suministrar\u00e1 energ\u00eda para las operaciones de los servicios log\u00edsticos de la marca. De esta forma, estas instalaciones ser\u00e1n las primeras de Toyota en la regi\u00f3n que funcionen con energ\u00eda renovable.<\/p>\n<div class=\"teads-inread sm-screen\"><\/div>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de servir como prueba de la sustentabilidad a gran escala, la planta proporcionar\u00e1 energ\u00eda a todos los veh\u00edculos Toyota de pila de combustible que circulen por el puerto, incluidos el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.autocosmos.com.ar\/2017\/01\/30\/prueba-toyota-mirai-el-auto-del-futuro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mirai<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.autocosmos.com.ar\/2017\/04\/27\/toyota-project-portal-concept-pesado-e-hidrogenado\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el cami\u00f3n Project Portal<\/a>. Para hacer posibles esto, Toyota tambi\u00e9n ha construido una de las mayores estaciones de hidr\u00f3geno del mundo, con la ayuda de Air Liquide. Recordemos que al d\u00eda de hoy hay 31 estaciones de hidr\u00f3geno en funcionamiento en California,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.autocosmos.com.ar\/2017\/02\/23\/shell-y-toyota-unidos-por-el-hidrogeno\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cifra que crecer\u00e1 gracias a un acuerdo con Shell.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tri-Gen ha sido desarrollada por FuelCell Energy con el apoyo del Departamento de Energ\u00eda de Estados Unidos<\/strong>\u00a0y diversas entidades de California y a la Universidad de California en Irvine, cuya labor de investigaci\u00f3n ha ayudado a desarrollar la tecnolog\u00eda
