{"id":44401,"date":"2018-04-07T09:27:40","date_gmt":"2018-04-07T12:27:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/?p=44401"},"modified":"2018-04-07T09:27:57","modified_gmt":"2018-04-07T12:27:57","slug":"44401-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/44401-2\/","title":{"rendered":"El reciclaje de envases y pl\u00e1stico permite la fabricaci\u00f3n de l\u00e1minas multiusos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"entradilla\">El reciclaje de envases de Tetra Brik y de pl\u00e1stico ha permitido a emprendedores ecuatorianos\u00a0 aplicar los principios de la econom\u00eda circular en la fabricaci\u00f3n de una l\u00e1mina muy resistente con la que dise\u00f1an y construyen casas ecol\u00f3gicas, muebles y multitud de objetos para uso dom\u00e9stico cotidiano e industrial y una fibra para muebles.<\/p>\n<p>La fabricaci\u00f3n de l\u00e1minas de polialuminio, su producto \u201cestrella\u201d de los cuatro con los que trabajan, se obtiene por el reciclaje de envases de Tetra Brik, explican a Efeverde Ana Mu\u00f1oz y Andr\u00e9s S\u00e1enz a su paso por Madrid.<\/p>\n<h2>Polialumnio multiusos<\/h2>\n<p>Hay dos formas de reciclar el Tetra Brik, el producto m\u00e1s popular de la empresa sueca Tetra Pak, dice S\u00e1enz, \u201cuno post industrial\u201d, es decir, el que las industrias desechan por fallos en el propio material o en la impresi\u00f3n de los logotipos y dibujos.<\/p>\n<p>Y el \u201cpost consumidor\u201d, del que por medio de \u201cm\u00e1quinas hidropulper\u201d las empresas cartoneras separan la fibra de celulosa y \u201cnos venden el polialuminio restante (mezcla de pl\u00e1stico polietileno de baja densidad y aluminio).<\/p>\n<div class=\"box shadow\">\n<div class=\"box-inner-block\"><i class=\"tieicon-boxicon\"><\/i>Antiguamente se pensaba que hab\u00eda que \u201cseparar siempre\u201d los tres elementos: el cart\u00f3n, el pl\u00e1stico y el aluminio de los Tetra Brik, pero \u201cse han dado cuenta del alto coste econ\u00f3mico y medioambiental que conlleva el proceso\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cCada kilo de polialuminio representa 104 envases Tetra Brik de un litro\u201d, explica Mu\u00f1oz.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_105789\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\">\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-105789\" src=\"http:\/\/www.efeverde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Sill%C3%B3nGrisRat%C3%B3n.jpg\" alt=\"Sill\u00f3nGrisRat\u00f3n\" width=\"351\" height=\"267\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto de uso editorial cedida por Gris Rat\u00f3n de uno de sus dise\u00f1os. EFE<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Con el polialuminio, dice S\u00e1enz, \u201cfabricamos tableros aglomerados que son m\u00e1s resistentes a la humedad, se pueden laminar y son m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos que los de madera\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n perfeccionando su utilizaci\u00f3n para el suelo en helic\u00f3pteros militares.<\/p>\n<p>Estos tableros de polialuminios es el \u201c\u00fanico material autorizado en espacios naturales y protegidos en Ecuador\u201d, sostiene el joven emprendedor.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, a pesar de que en el pa\u00eds sudamericano se podr\u00eda obtener la materia prima suficiente de los residuos dom\u00e9sticos, un deficiente sistema de recogida de basuras sin separaci\u00f3n de residuos les obliga a importar 100 toneladas de polialuminio desde Espa\u00f1a, Brasil, M\u00e9xico y Malasia, entre otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente el mercado local les proporciona unas 30 toneladas de polialuminio al mes, asegura S\u00e1en, \u201cpero necesitamos de 60 a 150 toneladas mensuales para que el negocio sea rentable\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Tableros muy resistentes<\/h2>\n<p>A los tableros se les puede doblar, dar diferentes formas y pueden tener diferentes grosores seg\u00fan la industria que los demande, se\u00f1ala el empresario ecuatoriano, y \u201ctienen una garant\u00eda de 30 a\u00f1os, porque son aislantes t\u00e9rmicos y ac\u00fasticos y de f\u00e1cil instalaci\u00f3n\u201d, de ah\u00ed que se utilicen para tejados, paredes, suelos, entre otros usos.<\/p>\n<p>La idea surgi\u00f3 a partir de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecuaplasticsc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ecuaplastic<\/a>, una empresa puesta en marcha por el ingeniero Edgar Mora, \u201cel genio del pl\u00e1stico\u201d en Ecuador, seg\u00fan S\u00e1enz, y que se dedica al reciclaje de Tetra Brick y de pl\u00e1stico desde hace ocho a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Ecuaplastic necesitaba una ampliaci\u00f3n de capital para triplicar su capacidad de producci\u00f3n y ser m\u00e1s rentable, lo que anim\u00f3 a Mu\u00f1oz y S\u00e1enz a invertir en la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Mora, el impulsor de Ecuaplastic, es una persona \u201ctremendamente inteligente\u201d y puso en marcha el proceso de reciclaje que ya se utilizaba en otros pa\u00edses del mundo, sin embargo logr\u00f3 mejorarlo.<\/p>\n<h2>Ecuaplastic, la pionera<\/h2>\n<p>Inicialmente transformaba pl\u00e1stico para fabricar tubos de pl\u00e1stico corrugados destinados a la industria de la construcci\u00f3n, la electricidad y el agua.<\/p>\n<p>Con la ayuda de la empresa sueca Tetra Pak, Ecuaplastic pudo contar con maquinaria y desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico para poner a punto la f\u00e1brica en Quito.\u201dMora viaj\u00f3 a otros pa\u00edses a conocer m\u00e1s sobre los procesos de reciclaje\u201d, pero a su regreso \u201clogr\u00f3 perfeccionar la fabricaci\u00f3n y ahora vienen de fuera a aprender de sus conocimientos\u201d, sostiene S\u00e1enz.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el reciclaje del pl\u00e1stico ABS (material muy duro con el que se fabrican las coberturas de los televisores, los tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles o los microondas), les permite fabricar losetas para la suelos de viviendas o el suelo de camiones de transporte para una de las empresas de distribuci\u00f3n de alimentos m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds andino.<\/p>\n<p>Consideran que el anuncio de China de no aceptar m\u00e1s la importaci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1stico de otros pa\u00edses, abrir\u00e1 el nicho de negocios de un material (ABS) del que Ecuador exporta entre 4 y 5 toneladas mensuales al pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el polietileno de baja, media y alta densidad les permite fabricar todo tipo de objetos, entre ellos, cubos para fregonas, recogedores de basura, utensilios para cocina o para la vida cotidiana.<\/p>\n<h2>Proyecto ecol\u00f3gico y social<\/h2>\n<p>Desde hace dos a\u00f1os, Mu\u00f1oz y S\u00e1enz se han lanzado, adem\u00e1s, a la fabricaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de muebles con su empresa\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grisraton.com\/producto.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gris Rat\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, y con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Mora, fabrican una fibra que simula a las naturales como el mimbre, la paja toquilla y la totora, que en manos de artesanos locales se transforma en muebles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUn sill\u00f3n se fabrica con 1.024 Tetra Brik de un litro reciclados\u201d, asegura Ana Mu\u00f1oz, quien dise\u00f1a tambi\u00e9n otros art\u00edculos de Gris Rat\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_105790\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-105790\" src=\"http:\/\/www.efeverde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Sill%C3%B3n2.jpg\" alt=\"Sill\u00f3n2\" width=\"294\" height=\"238\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto de uso editorial cedida por Gris Rat\u00f3n. EFE<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los empresarios pretenden lanzar pr\u00f3ximamente una campa\u00f1a de micromecenazgo (crowdfunding) para ampliar en 70.000 d\u00f3lares (57.000 euros aproximadamente) el capital de Gris Rat\u00f3n, que se convertir\u00e1 en un proyecto ecol\u00f3gico y social.<\/p>\n<p>De la cantidad recaudada con la campa\u00f1a<\/p>\n<p>Destinar\u00e1n aproximadamente el 20 por ciento a proyectos sociales, el 10 por ciento de la recaudaci\u00f3n y otro 10 por ciento del volumen total de ventas, asegura Mu\u00f1oz.<\/p>\n<p>Con ese dinero donar\u00e1n l\u00e1minas para tejados a proyectos de ONG u organizaciones sociales como \u201cTechos para mi pa\u00eds\u201d o \u201cCasa para todos\u201d en Ecuador.
