height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"gallery-header\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clearfix\">La empresa YPF inform\u00f3 ayer que avanza con el plan de caracterizaci\u00f3n y remediaci\u00f3n autorizado por la provincia de Neuqu\u00e9n por el\u00a0<a class=\"agrupador\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lmneuquen.com\/derrame-hidrocarburos-a1662\" rel=\"1662\">derrame de hidrocarburos<\/a>que afect\u00f3 45 hect\u00e1reas en el yacimiento de Bandurria.Desde la empresa explicaron que m\u00e1s de 100 personas y 15 veh\u00edculos entre retroexcavadoras y camiones de succi\u00f3n est\u00e1n afectados a estos trabajos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cA la fecha, ya se recuper\u00f3 m\u00e1s del 95% del crudo retenido en las piletas y diques construidos para contener el hidrocarburo\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 la empresa estatal en un comunicado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<article id=\"article-post\" class=\"cat-rojo\">\n<div class=\"cuerpo\">\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, paulatinamente, se sumar\u00e1n 20 cuadrillas de personal para las tareas manuales de remoci\u00f3n de suelo afectado por el derrame.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lmneuquen.com\/remediar-bandurria-demandara-tres-meses-n611642\" target=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/media.lmneuquen.com\/adjuntos\/195\/imagenes\/003\/336\/0003336002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"172\" height=\"97\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe oficial, la limpieza total de 2,2 hect\u00e1reas, la zona m\u00e1s afectada por el spray que gener\u00f3 la surgencia, fue completada y el material retirado ser\u00e1 tratado a trav\u00e9s de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas y tecnolog\u00edas de remediaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En la zona con afectaci\u00f3n media, unas 4,8 hect\u00e1reas, YPF realiz\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 10 muestreos de suelo con la finalidad de evaluar, junto con la autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n, el tratamiento de limpieza a utilizar.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3, tambi\u00e9n se inici\u00f3 la poda de la vegetaci\u00f3n afectada para permitir su desarrollo normal.<\/p>\n<div id=\"541303-Libre-164674636_wrap\" class=\"embed_cont type_imagen\">\n<div id=\"541303-Libre-164674636_content\" class=\"embed_content\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"541303-Libre-164674636_embed\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/media.lmneuquen.com\/adjuntos\/195\/imagenes\/003\/342\/0003342253.jpg?0000-00-00-00-00-00\" alt=\"\" width=\"235\" height=\"132\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Los m\u00e1ximos responsables en materia operativa y ambiental de la compa\u00f1\u00eda est\u00e1n abocados a este operativo y mantienen reuniones peri\u00f3dicas y comunicaci\u00f3n diaria con las autoridades de aplicaci\u00f3n, con el objetivo de completar la restituci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea afectada a las condiciones existentes previas al incidente.<\/p>\n<p>YPF asegur\u00f3 sostener \u201cel compromiso de desarrollar el potencial energ\u00e9tico del pa\u00eds en el marco del cuidado del medio ambiente, sus personas y garantizando la sustentabilidad de las operaciones\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El subsecretario de Ambiente de la provincia, Juan de Dios Lucchelli, afirm\u00f3 la semana pasada que el derrame de hidrocarburos en Bandurria Sur \u201ces de gravedad y la sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica a YPF ser\u00e1 ejemplificadora\u201d y asegur\u00f3 adem\u00e1s \u201cque ser\u00e1 la m\u00e1s importante que se haya fijado en la historia de la provincia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de los primeros informes, Lucchelli afirm\u00f3 que se trata de \u201cun derrame considerado \u2018mayor\u2019 para la industria hidrocarbur\u00edfera, seg\u00fan la Ley de Ambiente de la provincia\u201d. El subsecretario de Ambiente de la provincia no precis\u00f3 el monto total de la sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que se le impondr\u00e1 a YPF.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: La Ma\u00f1ana
