En ese marco hay acciones de preparaci\u00f3n del proceso consultivo de una iniciativa que considera etapas de planificaci\u00f3n, entrega de informaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n; deliberaci\u00f3n de San Juan de la Costa pide rechazar consulta que busca modificar la Ley Ind\u00edgena<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Sin embargo, a juicio de Luis Pailapichun Yefi, representante del cacicado de \u201cKuinco\u201d, se trata de un proceso inconducente, ya que de por medio hay solo el inter\u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>modificar articulados estrat\u00e9gicos de la Ley Ind\u00edgena<\/strong>, generando desprotecci\u00f3n a la tenencia de la tierra.<\/p>\n<p>De paso critic\u00f3 la representatividad del consejero Nacional Mapuche por la regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos, Anselmo Nuyado, en torno a explicitar el trasfondo que hay en el proceso.<\/p>\n<p><audio id=\"audio-4125518-1\" class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" preload=\"none\" controls=\"controls\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/audio>Pailapichun acentu\u00f3 su critica en torno a los alcances que tendr\u00e1 la consulta para modificar una articulado clave de la ley, que dar\u00e1 pie a la\u00a0<strong>venta indiscriminada de territorio ancestral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><audio id=\"audio-4125518-2\" class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" preload=\"none\" controls=\"controls\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/audio>El dirigente ind\u00edgena dijo que la consulta resulta de un<strong>\u00a0encuentro entre autoridades de Gobierno<\/strong>, con un reducido grupo de asociaciones mapuches de La Araucan\u00eda, lo que resta absoluta validez a un proceso no
