Neuqu\u00e9n.-Fueron sobrese\u00eddas por la Justicia Federal las personas investigadas por los incendios en el dep\u00f3sito de autos de Kumenia y en un pozo petrolero de la empresa Pluspetrol ocurridos en 2017, y que fueron vinculados a la Resistencia Ancestral Mapuche \u2013 RAM-<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

El 31 de agosto de 2017\u00a0una Renault Duster Oroch y un Logan fueron incendiados en el dep\u00f3sito<\/a>\u00a0del predio de la base de la empresa de transporte de combustible YPF de calle Luis Beltr\u00e1n 3553 en Neuqu\u00e9n. El segundo hecho se produjo el 9 de noviembre de 2017, ocasi\u00f3n en la que se produjo un da\u00f1o en la v\u00e1lvula del pozo de petr\u00f3leo de la empresa \u201cPluspetrol\u201d equipo A y B 1390, ubicado en la autov\u00eda norte pasando la rotonda, tambi\u00e9n a causa de un incendio.<\/p>\n

En ambos lugares fueron hallados carteles y otros elementos que presuntamente tendr\u00edan vinculaci\u00f3n con el grupo \u201cRAM\u201d.\u00a0 En el primero, sobre un descampado lindante al predio de YPF se secuestr\u00f3 una mochila con inscripciones en idioma mapuche y un cart\u00f3n que rezaba\u00a0\u201cA TODAS LAS CELDAS DEL WALLMAPU LLEGUE ESTE KUTRAL\u2026 LLEGUE A TU CELDA JONAS HUALA!! WALLMAPU LIBRE!! AUTONOM\u00cdA TERRITORIO X LA APARICI\u00d3N DE TODXS<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Mientras que en inmediaciones del pozo petrolero se encontr\u00f3 suspendido sobre un alambre un cartel que indicaba\u00a0\u201cWALL PIKUN MAPU KEWLULIBERTAD AL LONKO WEICHAFE FACUNDO JONES HUALAS UNIDAD ANCESTRAL DE LIBERACI\u00d3N WALL MAPU LIBRE\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El\u00a0juzgado federal sostuvo que las pruebas obtenidas por la justicia no permiten determinar que los investigados est\u00e9n vinculados al grupo denominado Resistencia Ancestral Mapuche, ni mucho menos que alguno de ellos cometieran los hechos vand\u00e1licos<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s sostiene que la participaci\u00f3n estas personas en marchas a favor de la liberaci\u00f3n del l\u00edder mapuche Francisco Facundo Jones Huala, no alcanza para sostener fundadamente que sean parte de esa agrupaci\u00f3n y, menos a\u00fan, que como presuntos miembros de la organizaci\u00f3n, hayan sido quienes cometieran aquellos hechos vand\u00e1licos.<\/p>\n

Como la justicia local no pudo determinar la identidad de los autores, entendi\u00f3 que se han agotado las posibilidades de producir nuevas probanzas que puedan acreditar la autor\u00eda de los hechos.<\/p>\n

Por lo que el\u00a0juez federal Gustavo Villanueva resolvi\u00f3 que aquellas personas vinculadas en estos hechos, \u00a0Rene Oscar del Valle Rosales, Marcos Painemil, Nadia Pa\u00eds, Gabriel Ferm\u00edn Mart\u00ednez, Carmen Antilef y Ra\u00fal Horacio Par\u00eds, sean sobrese\u00eddos de la causa.<\/strong><\/p>\n
