Esto incluye la identificaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n del agroecosistema objetivo y de los problemas que requieren ser resueltos, y la posterior aplicaci\u00f3n de enfoques, metodolog\u00edas y t\u00e9cnicas que optimicen su manejo y la protecci\u00f3n de sus recursos naturales.<br \/>\nLos asistentes abordar\u00e1n los siguientes temas: explotaci\u00f3n de recursos y el medio ambiente. Evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto ambiental de diversas tecnolog\u00edas productivas, su impacto sobre la empresa. Calidad ambiental de la producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n agropecuaria. La gesti\u00f3n ambiental de empresas agropecuarias. Indicadores ambientales. Estudios de caso. El curso tiene un cupo m\u00ednimo 5 y m\u00e1ximo de 15 inscriptos y es arancelado.
