{"id":6884,"date":"2015-01-08T21:34:17","date_gmt":"2015-01-09T00:34:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/?p=6884"},"modified":"2015-01-08T21:34:17","modified_gmt":"2015-01-09T00:34:17","slug":"neuquen-no-contamina-el-rio-limay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/neuquen-no-contamina-el-rio-limay\/","title":{"rendered":"Neuqu\u00e9n no contamina el r\u00edo Limay"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Neuqu\u00e9n &#8211; La Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible inform\u00f3 que, si bien la planta de tratamiento de l\u00edquidos cloacales \u201cTronador\u201d se encuentra operando al l\u00edmite de su capacidad actual, la misma no contamina el r\u00edo Limay.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al presente, la planta tiene en funcionamiento 7 m\u00f3dulos, cada uno de ellos con una capacidad de tratamiento para un caudal m\u00e1ximo equivalente a 31.000 habitantes. Hoy la ciudad de Neuqu\u00e9n tiene 246.000 habitantes y los efluentes cloacales convergen a los dos puntos de tratamiento que posee la capital, con lo cual el 85% se deriva a Tronador y el 15% restante a la planta PIN. Esto significa que Tronador trata los efluentes de 209.100 habitantes y el resto se trata en la planta de Parque Industrial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente cada m\u00f3dulo en funcionamiento trata un caudal equivalente a 29.800 habitantes. Esta situaci\u00f3n de proximidad al l\u00edmite de la capacidad de tratamiento condiciona el margen de maniobras para tareas de mantenimiento, como tambi\u00e9n el ingreso extraordinario de l\u00edquidos pluviales a las redes cloacales, para lo cual la planta no est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n origin\u00f3 el lanzamiento en junio de 2013 del Plan de Inversi\u00f3n en Obras para Neuqu\u00e9n Capital en el cual se incluy\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n en 5 m\u00f3dulos de la Planta Tronador, con un dise\u00f1o de proyecci\u00f3n que se extiende a los pr\u00f3ximos 20 a\u00f1os, ampliando cuantitativamente la capacidad para 155.000 habitantes m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n que supera los 135 millones de pesos, la ejecuci\u00f3n de esta obra dar\u00e1 respuesta a uno de los mayores requerimientos en materia de saneamiento de la ciudad, para mejorar la calidad de vida de una poblaci\u00f3n en constate crecimiento y garantizar el cuidado del medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 8 meses del inicio, la obra\u00a0 presenta un estado de avance que supera el 35%.\u00a0 Si bien tiene un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 600 d\u00edas, los dos primeros m\u00f3dulos entrar\u00e1n en funcionamiento en mayo del corriente a\u00f1o, mientras que los 3 restantes estar\u00e1n en funcionamiento en enero de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, es importante destacar que los an\u00e1lisis de los muestreos realizados por la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Recursos H\u00eddricos, en el curso del r\u00edo Limay, aguas abajo de la descarga de los l\u00edquidos tratados en la planta Tronador, arrojan como resultado valores que se encuentran dentro de los l\u00edmites permisibles de vertido para
