{"id":75928,"date":"2022-06-01T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-01T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/?p=75928"},"modified":"2022-06-02T11:42:29","modified_gmt":"2022-06-02T14:42:29","slug":"provincia-argentina-evalua-emplear-planta-de-agua-pesada-en-desuso-en-industria-de-hidrogeno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/provincia-argentina-evalua-emplear-planta-de-agua-pesada-en-desuso-en-industria-de-hidrogeno\/","title":{"rendered":"Provincia argentina eval\u00faa emplear planta de agua pesada en desuso en industria de hidr\u00f3geno"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Una planta de agua pesada en desuso en la provincia petrolera argentina de Neuqu\u00e9n podr\u00eda reutilizarse para producir amon\u00edaco a partir de hidr\u00f3geno verde o azul, indic\u00f3 el gobernador Omar Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La planta industrial de agua pesada PIAP, una de las m\u00e1s grandes del mundo y la \u00fanica de su tipo en el pa\u00eds, ha estado fuera de servicio por desperfectos desde 2017, inform\u00f3 el medio local Minuto NQN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ubicada en la localidad de Arroyito, la planta cuenta con dos reactores para producci\u00f3n de amon\u00edaco, utilizado en el proceso de separaci\u00f3n de deuterio del agua, que se capta del r\u00edo Limay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guti\u00e9rrez indic\u00f3 que la infraestructura podr\u00eda reutilizarse para la industria del hidr\u00f3geno verde. El proyecto se anunci\u00f3 durante un encuentro nacional sobre hidr\u00f3geno realizado en la&nbsp;provincia de R\u00edo Negro esta semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neuqu\u00e9n cuenta con una central hidroel\u00e9ctrica de 128MW cerca de la planta y, adem\u00e1s, ha realizado estudios para incorporar 1.000MW de capacidad instalada. \u201cPor lo tanto, est\u00e1 la energ\u00eda renovable necesaria para producir el hidr\u00f3geno\u201d, dijo en un comunicado el presidente de la agencia provincial de desarrollo ADI NQN, Jos\u00e9 Brillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Energ\u00eda At\u00f3mica (CNEA) de Argentina se\u00f1al\u00f3 este a\u00f1o que hab\u00eda decidido reanudar la producci\u00f3n de agua pesada. Las tres plantas nucleares argentinas \u2014Atucha I (362MW), Atucha II (745MW) y Embalse (656MW)\u2014 utilizan agua pesada para enfriamiento y uranio natural como combustible, consumibles que deben
