alcanzado un significativo hito para la conservaci\u00f3n del Valle Cocham\u00f3 \ud83d\udcaa<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd1d Gracias al trabajo y gesti\u00f3n de organizaciones sociales y ambientales, <strong>se logr\u00f3 la compra de 309 hect\u00e1reas que ahora ser\u00e1n destinadas a la conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en una zona estrat\u00e9gica del Valle Cocham\u00f3.<br>La propiedad en la cual <strong>se iba a desarrollar un proyecto inmobiliario ahora se destinar\u00e1 a conservar tanto de la cultura local como los paisajes \u00fanicos de este lugar<\/strong>.<br>Para lograr este plan <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Freyja y ONG Puelo Patagonia ser\u00e1n garantes para que se logren los objetivos de conservaci\u00f3n propuestos para el terreno<\/strong>, manteniendo el predio libre de actividades productivas o usos que puedan perjudicar la naturaleza del lugar, promoviendo la educaci\u00f3n ambiental, permitiendo el uso responsable de los senderos y respetando la cultura y tradiciones locales.<br><strong>El compromiso firmado entre estas organizaciones ambientales incluye metas de corto, mediano y largo plazo<\/strong>, como implementar un Derecho Real de Conservaci\u00f3n (DRC) en el corto plazo, sumar el terreno al Santuario de la Naturaleza en el mediano plazo y <strong>buscar la forma de conservarlo de manera definitiva<\/strong> en el largo plazo.<br><strong>Esta compra representa un hito de colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> de suma relevancia para el futuro del valle, y estamos convencidos de que los nuevos propietarios del predio se sumar\u00e1n a los <strong>esfuerzos para resguardar sus caracter\u00edsticas naturales y asegurar sus usos hist\u00f3ricos, recreativos y tur\u00edsticos<\/strong>.\u00a0<br>Nuevamente, gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n incansable de nuestros socios y aliados, a la comunidad que desempe\u00f1\u00f3 un papel fundamental para denunciar este tipo de actividades que intervienen de manera irreversible en nuestro territorio.<br><strong>Este logro refleja el poder de la uni\u00f3n y la acci\u00f3n colectiva.<\/strong><br><strong>Agradecemos especialmente a la <\/strong><a
