{"id":8175,"date":"2015-02-12T09:00:23","date_gmt":"2015-02-12T12:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/?p=8175"},"modified":"2015-02-12T09:00:23","modified_gmt":"2015-02-12T12:00:23","slug":"freshwater-innovacion-chilena-para-convertir-el-aire-en-agua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patagoniambiental.com.ar\/info\/freshwater-innovacion-chilena-para-convertir-el-aire-en-agua\/","title":{"rendered":"FreshWater, innovaci\u00f3n chilena para convertir el aire en agua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Santiago de Chile &#8211; Aun en fase de estudios finales en busca de reducir costos, la innovaci\u00f3n de ingenieros chilenos denominada FreshWater apunta a constituir un suceso mundial ante su capacidad de convertir el aire en agua.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En realidad se trata de un aparato dom\u00e9stico que como proyecto conquist\u00f3 el premio Star-Up Chile 2014 patrocinado por la Corporaci\u00f3n de Fomento de la Producci\u00f3n (Corfo), seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 en un comunicado de prensa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obtener agua pura del aire fue una meta que se propuso el ingeniero H\u00e9ctor Pinto en calidad de l\u00edder del colectivo que trabaj\u00f3 en la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La raz\u00f3n esencial es que la hija de Pinto no puede consumir sodio, un elemento profuso en el agua, mientras que el l\u00edquido vital a partir del aire llega m\u00e1s purificado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FreshWater tiene un costo de producci\u00f3n de alrededor de mil d\u00f3lares y los fabricantes intentan ahora llevarlo a 300 d\u00f3lares para encontrar financiamiento m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil del programa con aportes privados y del Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con los expertos, el aparato es capaz de recolectar hasta 35 litros de agua al d\u00eda, y funciona conectado a una fuente de electricidad de 220 voltios o a trav\u00e9s de una fuente solar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ingeniero el\u00e9ctrico Carlos Blamey, uno de los fundadores de FreshWater, explic\u00f3 que el dispositivo puede entregar agua a una familia por m\u00e1s de un d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abSomos una especie de fabricadores de lluvia. Utilizamos el proceso de condensaci\u00f3n para entregar agua purificada\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sistema recupera el agua suspendida en el aire mediante la condensaci\u00f3n. Posteriormente, el agua capturada es filtrada, purificada y esterilizada. Una suerte de r\u00e9plica del proceso natural de la lluvia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blamey relat\u00f3 que cuando lo instalaron en el vasto desierto de San Pedro de Atacama, en un d\u00eda pudo recolectar hasta nueve litros de agua, lo que alcanza perfectamente para una familia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando lo probamos en Valpara\u00edso recolectamos hasta 25 litros. Esta m\u00e1quina logra filtrar en ambientes con contaminaci\u00f3n, por lo que funciona perfectamente en ciudades, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Pino, que es el director ejecutivo, y Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez, dise\u00f1ador industrial, destacaron que la innovaci\u00f3n apunta a cambiar el esquema de c\u00f3mo producir agua de manera simple para llevarla a zonas
